MX6R / MX6RT 금속현미경 특징

암시야 관찰
mx-6r / mx-6rt의 암 시야 관찰 기능은 샘플 표면의 스크래치, 불순물 도트 및 기타 작은 결함을 용이하게 찾아냅니다.
명시야 관찰 (반사 조명)
쾰러 반사 조명은 긴 작업 거리, 저배율에서 고배율까지 이미지를 선명하게 합니다.
명시야 관찰 (투과 조명)
5W 하이-파워 LED, ‘N.A.0.5’ 콘덴서.
투과 및 반사 조명의 개별 제어는 둘 다 또는 단일 작업이 가능합니다.
사선 조명
사선조명을 사용하면 시료 표면의 다른 재질이 입체 영상을 나타낼 수 있습니다. 관찰의 대비와 시각 효과를 증가시킬 수 있습니다.
심플한 편광 관찰
옵션용 ‘고정식’ 과 ‘360º 회전식’ 분석기는 편광기 및 분석기를 편광 관찰을 위한 조명기의 적절한 위치에 삽입하십시오.
DIC 관찰
직교 편광에 기초하여 DIC 관측과 일치하는 DIC 프리즘을 삽입하십시오. DIC 기술을 사용하면 작은 고저차이에 대해 뚜렷한 엠보스를 표시하고 이미지 대비를 높일 수 있습니다.
5x, 10x, 20x는 특별히 DIC용으로 설계되어 전체 시야에서 동일한 간섭 색상, 높은 배율 뿐만 아니라 완벽한 미분 간섭 결과를 보장합니다.
